SOY PROTEIN
Soy protein is a type of high-protein food ingredient produced from low temperature defatted soybean meal, and can be further categorised into soy protein isolate and soy protein concentrate, with the protein content of soy protein isolate reaching more than 90% (dry basis). Soy protein contains nearly 20 types of amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids critical for human nutritional needs. The composition of Soy protein is thus the most nutritiously complete type of plant protein and closely resembles that of milk protein. Additionally, soybean protein has many functional characteristics, such as strong water and oil absorption, good gelation, solubility, dispersibility and more, which has led to its widespread use in the processed foods industries.

SOY DIETARY FIBER
Soy dietary fiber is an important by-product in the production of soy protein isolate that contains about 10-20% protein and 60-75% dietary fiber (dry basis), and has good water absorbing properties. It can be used to improve food texture and taste, and is widely used in processed meats, sauces, baked goods and dieting products. It can also be further processed into an excellent stabilizer for beverages and a material for mushrooms cultivation. Soy dietary fiber production is a key step for Sinoglory to establish a complete supply chain. The production of soy dietary fiber extends our industrial utilization of soybeans, improves the added value of production, and also reduces pollution by turning a would-be waste material into a valuable product, contributing to the company’s environmental commitments.

TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN & CRISPS
Textured soy protein and crisps are high-protein content products made with edible soybean meal, soy protein and other ingredients using advanced extrusion technology. After rehydration, these products have excellent density and elasticity, as well as texture and mouthfeel that closely resembles meat. It is therefore widely used in foods such as dried tofu, processed meat products, and is particularly suitable for use in plant-based meat substitutes and vegan or vegetarian dishes once rehydrated.

SOYBEAN OIL
The main raw ingredient of soy protein isolate produced by Sinoglory is low temperature edible soybean meal. To ensure product quality, safety and supply chain stability of soybean meal supplies, Sinoglory has constructed a low temperature soybean meal processing production line, which produces soybean oil as a by-product. The oil is extracted with solvent extraction method after soybeans are peeled and flaked. The oil is further refined by hydration, degumming and vacuum exsolution. Soybean oil currently sold by Sinoglory includes crude oil, grade 3 soybean oil and grade 1 soybean oil.
The sales area of Sinoglory includes nearly 100 countries and regions across five continents. Today, Sinoglory maintains mutually beneficial partnerships with hundreds of customers across the globe, with some partnerships lasting over two decades.
